A white-label SEO reporting tool puts your agency’s name on the work: your logo on the report, your colours, often your own domain, and no sign of the software underneath. Search for one and you will find two very different kinds of product sold under the same name. Some run the SEO audit and brand the result. Others pull numbers from Google Analytics, Search Console and ad platforms into a branded dashboard, but never look at the site itself. This guide compares ten tools across both kinds, with what their white-label really includes and what it costs for an agency with ten clients.

Disclosure: Daylytix is our product. It is an audit tool with branded reports, not a marketing dashboard: it will not chart your clients’ ad campaigns, and its audits stop at 5,000 pages on the Agency plan. We say where each tool fits, including ours.

Audit tool or reporting dashboard: which do you need?

Before comparing logos and domains, decide which job the tool has to do. It is the most common reason agencies pay for the wrong one.

SEO tools with white-label built in crawl the client’s site, find the problems (broken links, indexing issues, slow pages, missing tags) and turn them into a branded report. Use them to win clients with an audit and to show what you fixed.
Reporting dashboards connect to Google Analytics, Search Console, ad platforms and social accounts, and show the numbers in a branded dashboard or PDF. Use them for the monthly “here is your traffic” report across every channel.

A dashboard will not tell a client their redirects are broken. An audit tool will not chart their Facebook ads. Many agencies end up with one of each, or with one tool that does enough of both for their mix of services.

What white-label should include

“White-label” means different things on different price lists. Check for these:

Every price and feature below comes from the vendor’s own website, checked on 3 October 2026, and each section links to its source. We did not buy plans for the other tools to write this article, so we describe what each vendor documents rather than claim tests we did not run.

How to choose a white-label SEO reporting tool

Freelancers

You need to win clients and show progress without spending your evenings on reports. A branded audit does both. Daylytix starts at €9.99 a month with PDF reports, and its Agency plan adds full white-label and the client portal when you grow; SEOptimer’s $39 plan suits occasional prospect audits.

Small SEO agencies

Count your clients and multiply. A flat price (Daylytix Agency at €59.99, SEOptimer at $39) beats per-client pricing once you pass a few clients. See our guide on building a monthly SEO report for what to put in it.

Full-service agencies

If you sell ads and social as well as SEO, you need a dashboard: AgencyAnalytics for an all-in-one client portal, DashThis or Swydo for lower cost at your client count. Pair it with an audit tool for the technical SEO work.

Local SEO agencies

BrightLocal is built for local rankings, citations and reviews, with branded reports for each location.

No budget

Google Data Studio for traffic reports, plus a free crawl for audits. It works; it just costs you time every month.

Put your logo on your next audit. Daylytix audits a client site and builds the branded report for you. Free for 7 days, no card.

Frequently asked questions

What is a white-label SEO report?

A white-label SEO report is a client-ready report that carries your agency’s logo, name and colours, with no reference to the tool that produced it. It can be an audit of the client’s site, a dashboard of their traffic and rankings, or both.

What are good white-label SEO tools?

For audits with branded reports: Daylytix, SEOptimer, SE Ranking and Sitechecker, and BrightLocal for local SEO. For branded dashboards across marketing channels: AgencyAnalytics, DashThis, Swydo and Whatagraph. Google Data Studio is a free option if you build reports yourself.

How much does white-label SEO reporting cost?

From free (Google Data Studio, built by hand) to several hundred euros a month. For ten clients, the public price lists put it at $39 (SEOptimer) or €59.99 (Daylytix) for audit tools, €114 to $164 for dashboards priced by source or by dashboard, $250 for per-client pricing (AgencyAnalytics, monthly) and from €699 for Whatagraph.

Is there a free white-label SEO reporting tool?

Google Data Studio is free and lets you design reports with your own branding, but you build them yourself and there is no client portal. Most paid tools offer a 14-day trial, and Daylytix offers 7 days without a card.

Should I use a dashboard or an audit tool for client reports?

Use an audit tool if your work is fixing the site, and a dashboard if you report on traffic across many channels. Many agencies use both. If SEO is your main service, an audit tool with branded reports covers most of what clients ask for; you can try Daylytix free for 7 days on a client site.

Can ChatGPT write an SEO report?

It can explain findings and draft the text, but it cannot crawl a site or read a client’s Search Console and Analytics data on its own. Use a tool to collect the data and find the issues, then use AI to explain them in plain language.
