Your audit score is a weighted average of 22 check areas, from performance and basic SEO to security and structured data. Here is how it is calculated and how to raise it.
Sign in with Google to bring Search Console clicks, impressions, queries, CTR opportunities and cannibalization checks into your audits.
Daylytix detects the page type (Product, BlogPosting, FAQPage, LocalBusiness and more) and writes JSON-LD you can copy into your pages, with an optional AI step that adds details from the page.
Run audits daily, weekly or monthly for any domain. Get email or Slack alerts when new critical issues appear or the score drops, and, through your own mail server, a PDF report after each run.
Compares your current Search Console data with your earlier audits of the same site to surface pages with declining clicks or dropping positions.
Add your agency name, website, tagline and report footer, and generate client-ready PDF or PowerPoint reports with your details on them.
Your score is a weighted average of 22 check areas, each scored by the share of its checks that pass, with the PageSpeed mobile score counting for performance. An area where many pages fail the same check - for example missing meta descriptions across a template - pulls the score down. Start with the issues in the Overview tab. Full scoring explanation →
By default it identifies as a desktop Chrome browser. Under Advanced crawl options on the New Audit form you can switch to Googlebot (desktop or mobile), Bingbot, Chrome, iPhone Safari or a custom string. The crawler reads robots.txt to find sitemaps and reports URLs that robots.txt blocks, but it still fetches them so it can audit them. If you see many errors, check whether a firewall or bot protection is blocking the crawler.
This usually means one of three things: (1) the Google account you connected has no access to a Search Console property for this domain (www and non-www count as the same), (2) a service account you use has not been added as a user of the property, or (3) the site is new and has little or no search traffic yet. Troubleshooting guide →
Content decay flags pages that are actively losing search traffic or positions. We compare the current Search Console data (clicks, impressions, position) and GA4 sessions with your previous audit of the same site, calculate a decay score, and list the pages that are losing ground with suggestions. It needs Search Console and at least two audits, and is part of the Pro and Agency plans.
Not reliably at the moment. There is no setting for a login or password, and the crawler doesn't use fixed IP addresses that you could add to an allowlist. Audit the staging site once it is public, or temporarily open the pages you need.
Yes, on every plan. In Claude add https://app.daylytix.com/mcp as a custom connector, in ChatGPT as a custom MCP, and sign in with your Daylytix account. Claude Code and Cursor use an API key from API & MCP. Access is read-only and limited to your own account. See Connecting Claude and ChatGPT.
The crawl limit depends on your plan: trial (100 pages), Starter (500), Pro (2,000) and Agency (up to 60,000). You set the limit for each audit in the Max pages to crawl field on the New Audit form. For very large sites, we recommend crawling with a focused start URL (e.g. a subdirectory) rather than the root domain.
Open the audit and use the buttons above the results: Workbook downloads an Excel file with the data, and the More menu has CSV exports and an action plan export. PDF, Custom PDF and PPTX give you client-ready reports.
The accessibility score (0-100) is based on 8 automated checks, weighted by impact: images without alt text (25), pages without an H1 (20), heading hierarchy violations (12), empty links (12), missing main landmark (10), multiple H1s (8), generic link text (8) and form inputs without labels (5). It is shown separately and does not change the overall audit score.
Yes - on the Agency plan each client gets a read-only portal, shared as a link with no login. Clients see only their own reports and cannot access your settings, integrations or other clients' data. On every plan you can also share a single report as a read-only link.
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with full access and no credit card. After the trial you choose a plan from €9.99 a month and can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future billing. Refunds and the consumer right of withdrawal are set out in our Terms.
The Rank Tracker’s live checks, Keyword Research, Competitor Keywords, the Prompt Tracker, the Maps geo-grid and the DataForSEO backlink data. Add your DataForSEO login once in App Settings → Backlinks. DataForSEO bills you directly for what you use, and Daylytix adds nothing on top.
