Every completed audit can be downloaded as a client-ready report or as raw data. This page covers the formats, what is inside, the report language and how to send reports automatically.
Download options
Open an audit and use the bar above the results:

What’s in the PDF
- A cover page with your agency details and the client name, if you entered one.
- An executive summary right after the cover.
- Charts of issues by category and severity, performance and Core Web Vitals.
- The prioritised issues, grouped by area, with recommendations.
- Search Console and Google Analytics data when those accounts are connected, plus the other sections your audit and plan include.
The length depends on the site and on which data sources are connected.
What’s in the PowerPoint
The slides are built from what the audit contains, so the number varies. Typical slides: cover, agenda, executive summary, performance, statistics, critical, warning and notice issues, accessibility, technical, content, images, schema, internal linking, Search Console, GA4, rank tracking, content decay, topical map, a 90-day prioritised action plan and a conclusion. Slides without data are left out.
Your branding
Reports use the agency name, website, tagline and report footer from App Settings → Branding. A custom logo and colours are not available yet. See Report branding.
Report language
When you click PDF, a window asks for the language. English and Bulgarian are built in. Other languages are translated when you download, using your own AI key. Tick Remember this language to use it by default. PowerPoint reports are in English.
Sending reports automatically
A scheduled audit can email the PDF to one address after each run. Set it up in Monitoring → Scheduled Audits, in the Automated PDF Report part of the monitor (scheduled reports are currently sent in English). The email is sent through your own mail server, so add your SMTP details in App Settings → Notifications first. See Automated email reports.
