AI Fix Agent

The AI Fix Agent turns an audit into concrete fixes: the exact title, description or alt text to use on each page. On any website you copy each fix, paste it in your site editor and let the agent check the live page. On WordPress it can also write the fixes you approve for you. Nothing changes on your site without your approval. The agent is in beta.

What it fixes

Scanning an audit

  1. Open AI Fix Agent → Proposed fixes.
  2. Pick an audit and, for a WordPress site, its connection.
  3. Click Scan audit.

With an AI key (Gemini, else Claude) the agent writes each title and description from the page’s own title, heading and description, and it looks at each image to write its alt text in the language of the page. An image the AI sees as decorative keeps its empty alt, which is right for it. Without a key the fields stay empty for you to write. Each card has a 🤖 AI badge when the text was written by AI.

Edit any text, click Save edit, then Approve or Reject.

On any website

  1. Click Copy on a fix.
  2. Follow Where to paste it: the card names the place for WordPress, Shopify, Wix and Webflow, and the HTML to change on any other site.
  3. Paste it, publish, and click I pasted it - check.

The agent reads the live page and shows Live on the page, Not on the page yet or Could not check when the site blocks automated visits. Check again repeats it, for example after clearing a cache.

Writing on WordPress

WordPress does not let other apps write the fields of SEO plugins, so the agent uses a small plugin, the Daylytix Connector.

  1. Create an Application Password in WordPress under Users → Profile → Application Passwords, for an Editor or Administrator.
  2. In AI Fix Agent → Connections, click + Add WordPress site and click Test.
  3. Download daylytix-connector.zip from the card below the connections. In WordPress open Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, install it and click Activate.
  4. Back in Daylytix, click Plugin status. It shows the plugin version and your SEO plugin.

The Connector works with Yoast SEO, Rank Math and SEOPress, and on a site without an SEO plugin it prints the title and description itself. All in One SEO is not supported yet: copy and paste those fixes. Rank Math shows its tags only after its setup screen has been completed or skipped.

Then click Write to WordPress on an approved fix, or Write approved fixes for all of them. The agent checks the live page right after writing.

What the agent never does

  • It never changes the post title, the excerpt or the page content, only the SEO title, the meta description and image alt texts.
  • It writes only fixes you approved, and only on the post whose address is exactly the audited page. Archive pages, such as author or category pages, are set in your SEO plugin: copy and paste those.
  • If the field was changed in WordPress since the agent read it, nothing is written and the card says so.
  • Undo brings the old value back only if nobody has changed the field since the fix.

Every fix that was written, pasted or failed is listed in the Action log tab.

Alt text in WordPress

WordPress copies an image’s alt text into the page when the image is inserted, so changing it in the Media Library only affects images inserted later. With the Connector, the pages show the new alt text for images whose alt text was set through Daylytix, without changing the stored page. Without the Connector the alt text is saved in the Media Library only, which covers featured images and product images that the theme shows from the library.

If a fix does not show

When the card says Not on the page yet after a write, a cache usually still serves the old page: clear the cache of your caching plugin, host or CDN and click Check again. The card says when a fresh copy of the page already shows the fix.
