If you send reports to clients, you can put your agency’s details on them. This guide shows what you can set today, where it appears, and what is not available yet.
What you can set
Open App Settings → Branding (account menu at the bottom of the sidebar). There are four fields:
| Field | Where it appears |
|---|---|
| Agency / Company Name | PDF cover, the “prepared by” line and the footer; PowerPoint cover and footer. |
| Website URL | PDF cover, the “prepared by” line and the page footer. |
| Tagline | Under your agency name on the PDF cover and in the “prepared by” line. |
| Report Footer / Disclaimer | A short line on the PDF cover page - by default a confidentiality note; replace it with your own disclaimer or contact line. |
Click Save Settings. From then on, every report you download or schedule uses these details.
Which plan includes it
White-label branding is part of the Agency plan, and you can try it during the free trial.
Client details on a report
Your agency details are the same on every report. To add the client’s name to a specific audit, open Client info on the New Audit form and enter the client name and any notes. Both are printed on that report’s PDF cover - so only write notes there that the client may read.
Report language
When you click PDF, Daylytix asks which language to use. English and Bulgarian are written natively; other languages are machine-translated. You can tick Remember this language to skip the question next time. PowerPoint reports are in English.
Before you send the first report
- Fill in all four Branding fields and save.
- Run an audit of a site you know well, with the client name filled in.
- Download the PDF and read the cover, the first pages and the footer.
- Check the footer text reads well for a client - it appears on the cover of every report.
