Giving clients and colleagues access

A Daylytix account belongs to one person. There are no extra team seats and no separate client logins for customer accounts. This page explains how to give clients and colleagues access to results anyway.

Giving a client access

Clients don’t need a login to see their results. Choose one of these:

OptionWhat the client seesPlan
Share linkThe full audit, read-only, in the browser. Created from More → Share Report in an open audit, valid for 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days or without expiry. All plans
Client PortalA simpler, client-friendly view of one audit, opened by link. Created in Agency → Client Portal with a label and an expiry (default 30 days).Agency
Report fileThe PDF, PowerPoint or Excel file you download and send. All plans (PowerPoint on Pro and Agency)
Scheduled PDF emailA PDF report emailed to one address after each scheduled audit, through your own SMTP settings. All plans

Share links and portal links can be revoked at any time from the window where you created them.

Working with colleagues

Team seats are not available yet. Until they are, the practical options are:

  • Send colleagues a share link to the audit they need, or the PDF or workbook.
  • Use the Issue Tracker and Annotations in the Monitoring group to keep a record of what was found and done, so anyone with access to the account sees the same history.
Don’t share your password. Your account holds your AI keys and connected Google accounts. If several people need to work in it, contact hello@daylytix.com and tell us how you work - it helps us plan team accounts.

Keeping shared links safe

  • Anyone with a link can open it, so send it only to the people who need it.
  • Pick an expiry that matches the engagement rather than “never”.
  • Revoke links when a client relationship ends.
