AI images for your pages

The Images tab in Gemini AI Tools makes a picture from your description and cuts it to the size its use needs. It uses your own Gemini key and is available on every plan.

Before you start

1. Save a Gemini key in App Settings → AI Integrations. See Setting up your AI key.
2. Turn on billing for that key in Google AI Studio. Google has no free tier for images, so a key without billing gets an error.
3. Open Content → Gemini AI Tools in the sidebar. If you do not see it, click Show all tools at the bottom of the sidebar.

Making an image

1. Open the Images tab and describe the image, in any language.
2. Pick the Use and the Quality.
3. Click Make image. It can take up to a minute.
4. Click Download. The image is not stored in Daylytix, so it is gone when you leave or make another.

Sizes and formats

An image is never made larger than Google made it. The file name comes from your description.

What it costs

These are Google’s prices in November 2026. Google bills your key directly.

Before you publish

• Look at the image closely. AI gets text, hands and product details wrong.
• Write the alt text yourself, so it says what the picture really shows.
• Google marks every image it makes with an invisible SynthID watermark.
