The YouTube tab of AI Visibility shows who owns the videos for your brand or a topic. It searches YouTube and lists the top 25 videos with their views and channels. It is available on every plan, with your own Google Cloud key.
Before you start
Save a key with YouTube Data API v3 turned on. See Your Google Cloud key. Google gives a key 100 searches a day for free.
Running a search
- Open Rankings & Visibility → AI Visibility and click the YouTube tab.
- Enter a Brand or topic. Your brand from AI Visibility fills in by itself.
- Add Your channel name if you have one. It is optional.
- Pick a Country to lean the results toward it and its language, or leave Any country.
- Click Search YouTube.
Reading the results
- A line says in how many of the top videos your brand is in the title. The brand comes from your AI Visibility settings.
- A line says how many of the videos come from your channel and where the first one sits. A channel matches if its name contains what you typed.
- Channels with the most of these videos shows who holds the results, with their videos and views.
- Videos lists each one with its position, channel, views and date. Click a title to open it.
The list comes from YouTube’s search API, so it can differ from what you see when you are signed in. Searches are not saved: the list stays on screen until you leave.
